What Is Wrong With Me

>> Friday, December 9, 2011

Sorry for the delay in writing a good update. I think I found out what was wrong with me over the last few months. I was not happy with anything I was doing.

I am now, its kind of crazy but I think I have found a job that I really enjoy. I know it seems like it is not a real job but I am selling Avon and I love it. I quit the other job that made me feel like I was having a panic attack every time I logged on to work the phones. I am also selling Herbalife products but I am focusing on Avon because I love it so much it doesn't feel like a job. I even have a recruit now and I hope to build a strong team in the near future.

So if you have the extra funds and you would like to buy some Christmas gifts or support my sales goals click on the links above and buy something. As long as you follow those links I get credit for the sales. I am really hoping to make Presidents Club by the deadline. If not no big deal I am gaining customers now after months of follow up and working on meeting new people.

Not everything in life is great but I am able to see through fresh eyes now and see all the good that is in my life. I have been working each morning on prayers and devotions this includes audio books and I am thinking of adding a section for this on my Sexy for Life blog. Everything is getting clearer now and my goals in life are changing.

Dark Novels will be back up and running very soon. Don't worry I may be a Christian who is becoming very active in her faith but I will not push my beliefs on my readers. I would like to add some Christian fiction to my reading but I don't know where to start. I will label it as such so if you don't want to read the review you can skip it. I really don't plan to change most of my reading habits just adding to them. I tend to see fiction as just that, it is a fun place to go for a few hours but it is not real so I see nothing wrong with reading any of it.

I will however continue to read a bunch of books about..... well anything supernatural. I will not turn a book down because it has witches, vampires or werewolves in them. I have a bit of a low tolerance for other Christians who tell me how to live my life according to their own convictions so I will try my best not to let mine overflow into posts. I will clearly label anything that is directly related to my faith. If I get some Christian followers that want to know about the content of the books I might add a little note at the bottom of each post to let them know there is such and such in this book and if that offends you steer clear.

So here we go on a journey to a new life for me we will see if I can juggle all these hats and keep up! Today I am loving my life so join in and have some fun in this midst of chaos.

  • John

I'm pleased to hear things are working out. I don't really know any Christian fiction to recommend, apart from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe ;-)

  • Shakespeare

I tend to delve both in the supernatural and the spiritual at the same time... it's a mostly nonexistent market, but I can't help writing what I write. Besides, isn't the spiritual sort of the supernatural already?

Christianity doesn't offend me... just judgementalism. As far as I'm concerned, none of knows the "only" truth, so why should we try to prove everybody else wrong?

It is nice to know that you are getting your life on track and finding your happiness. I look forward to your reviews starting up again and I wish you luck with your new job. xx

  • Live, Love, Laugh, Write!

Glad to hear things are working out for you :) I used to follow your blog (as jedimarri I think) and I'm back in the blogosphere and revisiting old blogs :)

I'm like you - a Christian who reads a lot of fantasy and dark fantasy - so you won't get any complaints from me on any of those fronts :)
